1. Account Usage

Strict Single-User Policy: Your Lingsoa account is for your personal use only. Sharing passwords or "group buying" accounts is strictly prohibited. Our system detects concurrent logins and suspicious IP activity. Violation will result in immediate termination without refund.

2. AI & Fair Use

Lingsoa provides unlimited AI grading for legitimate study purposes. We reserve the right to rate-limit or ban accounts that attempt to abuse the API (e.g., automated bots, non-human usage).

3. Subscription & Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your dashboard. Access remains active until the end of your billing period.

4. Liability

Lingsoa is a preparation tool. We do not guarantee specific exam results. Immigration policies (IRCC) are subject to change; we are not responsible for changes in CRS scoring or draw cutoffs.
