2. Voice Data & AI Processing (Critical)

To grade your speaking, your voice recordings are transmitted to our AI provider (OpenAI).

Processing: Audio is processed transiently to generate text and scoring.
Storage: We do not permanently store your raw audio files after grading is complete.
No Training: We do not sell your voice data to third parties.

3. Data Deletion

You may request full deletion of your account and progress data by emailing contact@lingsoa.com.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions and functional cookies to track your "Streaks" and FSRS review queues.
