2. 7-Day Guarantee (Technical)

If the Lingsoa platform does not work on your device due to technical errors that our support team cannot fix, we will issue a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase.

3. No "Change of Mind" Refunds

Because our costs (AI Processing) are incurred immediately upon your usage, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or "lack of time to study" once a subscription has started.
